Hello All,
I'm playing as Scipii and after taking Spain, I was given a Senate mission to take a Gaul town. According to their flag it had full garrison, so I sent 2 armies, my best and another fully mercenary to the outskirts of the town. Then I sent the spy in, to my surprise Gauls had 3 rows of units with empty 4th row for more! I only get 2 rows to fill in my armies and cities. So now I just positioned my armies around the town in ambushes to try to intercept Gaul units as they come out weakening their garrison, but I dont have that much time left till the end of the mission.
Is this a way AI cheats? After that I encountered a Greek 3 rows army and Brutii 2 and a half rows navy! I hate to be outnumbered with only 2 rows to fill.

There are at least 20 cards in that garrison, and as soon as I get home I'll count cards in that Greek army it had even more! I'm afraid to fight them, they outnumber me badly hehe

They always have more it sucks when naval battles occur. I've fought stacks of ships with 24 units.
