I was thinking about trying to use the epithets to create real roman names with cognomina without their nomina getting removed, but after I had added a lot of working name-traits, I decided it would be too much work, because I would have to remove the epithets of all the traits, and then add epithet-name-traits to give them the epithet without removing their name, which would in turn mean that for nearly every in-game trait I would need another thirty-or-so traits, which seemed like quite a lot of work. And, I would need to test a system to make sure everybody gets a name-trait without everyone getting the same.
Oh, and I had some trouble getting the traits to give their epithets at the start of the game, which I solved by giving the traits a second level with the same epithet.
Which makes me wonder: is there any simple way of doing this?
