Hi, Im new here. I have the russian version of Rome: Total War v1.0 and Im searching for a way to update my game. I've tryed some time ago to apply the english 1.5 patch, it did work but then my game crashed everytime there was supposed to be a cinematic, the ones on the campaing map, like when you take a Wonder for example. So if anyone could help me out with this I'll be greatfull.
TIA
PS: can some suggest me some good replacement skins for some of the units in game plz.

You need to paych to 1.3 first if you haven't got BI but i think you will have to find a Russian patch, as for unit skins go to downloads and TotalWarFanatic's skins are brilliant.

The 1.5 patch only supports the English, Spanish, French, German and Italian versions at the moment. I don't know if there are patches for other languages.

Hi
For V1.5 you have to patch with V1.3 first.
I did this and also had cinematic problems. These were fixed by downloading the latest windows media player...at the time I had an unknown version which was upgraded to V10. Not had any problems since.
