It's actually OK if you get clearence from a mod. You need to state that in your title post if you have it, though. I only know this because at EAWH they had tonnes of clans pop up suddenly, and they all had to E-mail Crazed to see if they could advertise.

In AOEIII there is a clan exchange forum. But seeing as this game is nowhere near as as commonly-known as AOEIII, I doubt there will be one.
