How does this feature work? I know you have to press that little horn button and its supposed to bring enough moral back to routing men to have them rejoin the battle. But I've never gotten this to work before! At first I did it near a group of 2-3 routing units. None rallied. I tried again with a group of velites from about 40 feet behind them. They didn't rally. Finally, I tried rallying them when my general was so close they were practically trampling my fleeing units down. Nothing!
Perhaps I am missing something? Is this a bug?
(And does rallying make animals running amok calm again? I doubt it.)
"Republicans who did not play the patronage game were ridiculed as the Mugwumps for sitting on the fence--their "mugs" on one side of the fence and "wumps" on the other. Historians generally consider this era a low point in American politics."--United States History by John J. Newman and John M. Schmalbach
