I can indeed tell you that.
My method is often frowned upon by the rest of the forum community as slow and boring.
The first thing you need to do is to take Phraapsa obviously.
The next step is to abandon Campus Sakae. You do not have the funds or troops to maintain your presence there, not to mention it annoys the Scythians.
The next step is very simple destroy Armenia. This requires you to combine all your mounted units and destroy all Armenian armies you come across. Take their cities and enslave them. It is vital that you destroy them as soon as possible.
The next step is to train a couple of units of horse archers, or however many you need until you have nine. These should be divided into three groups of three, one should be sent to the Cappacodian Mountains to block off an advance from Pontus, one to the mountains on your Scythian border to block it off, the final one to the pass to the South of Arsakia, blocking off any Seleucid attack.
Then you are secure, if anyone attacks, if you keep to yourself this is highly unlikely, just run around them until time runs out and then you will win.
Now just sit there building up money and developing your infrastructure. Also it is useful to scatter diplomats throughout Asia Minor selling Map Information to many people every turn. This will help you build up a large cash reserve.
Once you have about 200 000 you are ready to make your move. Pontus will have built up several large stacks of Eastern Infantry, take a few diplomats and bribe them all away, you will find these are bargain troops. The next step is to simultaneously besiege all their cities. This will cripple them and you can wipe them out with ease.
Now you have enough money and territory to raise a large army, raise eight separate armies, each of six units of horse archers. Use these to simultaneously besiege all the Seleucid cities. Answer any attempt to sally by refusing to engage directly and leading all their phalanxes on a wild goose chase.
After about 10 turns all their cities will have fallen to you. They will be wiped out. However, they will all be close to revolt. Train Eastern Infantry in all of them and move your captial to Antioch. You will start to rake in cash at this point. The next step is to raise new forces of Persian Cavalry and start pumping out Cataphracts, and a couple of units of elephants to deal with chariots. Take the fight to Egypt and destroy their armies in the field, ignore the cities in the way, but push straight on to the Nile Delta and destroy all the armies there, this will mean that they will bring all their forces there to destroy your army/armies that are ravaging the area. In the meantime raise a new army and use it to take Salamis, this will mean that you are swimming in cash.
Raise another full stack and send it to sweep through all the cities which will have been practically emptied of garrisons to defend the Nile Delta. It is vital that you are a good commander of battles to keep your army at fighting peak and destroy the necessary number of Egyptian stacks.
Once all the cities such as Petra, Sidon, Palmyra and Jerusalem have fallen. Throw everything you have at the Nile Delta and exterminate the cities there. Follow this up with destroying their temples. Egypt should be destroyed, although you may need to take Siwa to finish them off. once you have done this you are sole ruler of Asia Minor.
Surrender!
You mean you wish to surrender to me? Very well, I accept!
