i play as the scippii, and i own about 14 regions (inc rome) and the population of all my cities (except a selct few newly conquered ones) is reaching 60,000+ will this cause more chance of plague and rioting or is it okay to let your cites grow to a huge population?
i had 78,000 people in capua, when a plague hit and killed 40,000 of them >.<

the threat of plague does increase proportional to population size. You can counter it by building sewers and other buildings that increase public health but only to an extent. Once they get huge like that they are just asking for a plague to hit.

Just a quick question in response to the topic, if you exterminate the city's population when all the buildings have been built, does it still affect your income?

More people = more tax
Less people = less tax

Why you can't just enslave your provinces to increase population of smaller ones?

Alternatively you can just make a lot of peasants, move them to a smaller city and disband them, or just disband them outside of the city where they won't affect the population growth.

Incorrect. Say you have two cities, one 5000 and one 1000 people, the big one pays 5000 military and the little one pays 1000. If you enslave the big one and send 1000 people to the city with 1000 people, that city's military cost will double, and the other city's will 1/5. You are always paying the same amount if your armies are the same size, city size doesn't affect how much youm pay all up.
