yes yo have to change a file
its in data/export_descr_unit
when you open the file should see somthing like this

one of the last lines (made fat) is importend
the furst number 1 (in this case) isthe number of turns it takes to recruit the unit. change this to 0 and in 1 turn al the units are recruited (the have to be al 0 if there is one unit thats takes 2 turns than that one is not ready the nexst turn)
sow look in this file for the units you want te be ready in 1 turn an change the furst number to 0

change it to: stat_cost 0, 150, 100, 20, 30, 150
safe the file and have fun.
