Hello everyone!
I am a long time rtw player, but new to the forums.
I recently found Pooh's traits and ancillary guide (which is most helpful, thankyou!). I noticed that to obtain the Oracle ancillary a family member must be outside of the settlement with an MP of 35-45%.
The only thing I can think MP stands for is military power.
If that's the case does that mean his army has only 35-45% of the men it would have if every unit was properly retrained?
I apologize if this was previously answered in this forum or somewhere in the guide

Certainly does help, thanks Awesome Eagle!
Hmm.. but I wonder:
Is it the general's movement points or the movement points of the army he is commanding?
As they are often different due to infantry and cavalry movement allowances.

Personally I think getting decent traits is tricky in rtw. Good ancillaries are easy to obtain, but lots of buildings provide your general/governor good retinue but bad traits. Or good and bad traits.
The best strategy I've come up with for giving a character high stats is to send them off to war young. Acquire the "victor" and "good commander" trait and then trade out "Sheildbearer" "Galloper" etc. for math geeks and librarians.
