Welcome to our Hallowed Halls!
If you have to put the thing in the same place of multiple lines, and that place is between two things that are standard, you could try marking that section, then use Find+Replace to replace the standard text with standard-newstuff-text.
You can also insert xx into the space where you want the new info, then use Find+Replace to replace xx with the string you wish to enter. same idea, but it can be used where the standard text is variable.
Examples:
sprites: blablabla, bla once, bla twice, bla bla bla
Find; bla once, bla twice
Replace with: bla once, new stuff you want, bla twice
execute.
every instance of bla once, bla twice will now read: bla once, new stuff you want, bla twice
Where bla once, bla twice is sometimes Bla once one, bla twice, you might want to consider using the xx approach:
sprites: blablabla, bla once, bla twice, bla bla bla
sprites: blablabla, bla once, xx bla twice, bla bla bla
Find xx
Replace with: new stuff here,
execute
This method gives you control over where the new stuff goes.
Then simply save file and enjoy.
