Hi, I actually don't know where to put this thread so I'm sorry if this is wrong.
Anyway, I've downloaded the latest verisoin of XGM and installed it and put it i the total war folder. I found the icon and put that on the desk together whit the rome an the barbarian icon. Now, when i click on it, everyting starts correct but after a second, the game collapse and there comes up a window whit the words:
Genetic Error:
Unable to find skeleton 'fs_s1_fast_swordsman'
Anyone who can help me?
Have a nice day everyone! // Cerdic
And about the location. I actually don't know my location but, I'm an "infantryman" so I guess I'm in the ranks right now.

The message box that comes up when RTW crashes should mention an error at line number such-and-such. There are a lot of reasons the skeleton could be missing.
Another thing to try is reinstalling. You might also try using version 3.2.6 for now if the reinstall doesn't work.
