Thank you very much ! I mean i want to add some available traits to a general that i'm playing in campaign game.
For example, when a general is 16, he's ready for controlling, but he's useless and feckless, so how do i add some good traits to him ?

The most common way to add traits to a general is to use him in combat. The more he is used (and wins), the more good traits he picks up.

Stationing him for a few turns in a city with an Academy or other center of higher learning will also grant some good traits.

Leaving him too long in a city will start to develop bad traits.

Once the game is in motion, it is very very difficult to add traits. I don't think it possible to do from a console command or cheatcode, but then again, I never used those.

EDIT: It is possible. This site gives you the cheats to add a trait. Setting a trait to 0 removes the trait.

I like my way better.
