'Oh no, not again,' I hear you groan. For I return!
This time, it is mainly the grand stratagy side of things, and not the battles. Sorry to dissapoint you bloodthirsty maniacs, but the 1st seige was very unexciteing, and the other 2 I auto resolved. However, Rome's final battle, adventures in Gaul and Turkey are soon.

Seige 1: Capua

Cleon of Sparta, faction heir, survays the progress of the seige. My ballistas have set fire to a buiding, hopeing to make it spread. It didn't

Fierce fighting on the walls- here, the seige tower docked, and the armoured hoplites spilled onto the peasants, knocking them off the walls.
The fight on the walls went on for 20 minutes, so I fastforwarded it.

The last charge of the Scipii- I march to the plaza with hoplites, and they charge.
I retreated my Ballista and Archers due to being not needed, BTW.

The end- No survivours.
Seige 2- Ariminum.
The results. Remember, I auto-resolved it, so the casulties are higher than you may have expected.
Seige 3- Patavium. Once again I auto-resolved.
The results. This next one I want you to pay attemtion to...

Explination- The areas marked in yellow are Greek lands before the Italia campain. The red lines signify the lands taken to acheive phrase 1. The Blue lines, however, are the end of Phase 2, and where I am presently at. The arrows marked '1', IE, the ones comeing out of Capua and the sea signify my captureing-Rome army. It shall be led by Cleon of Sparta, who captured Capua. Veterens of the army will join him with the fresh army being shipped in, while the rest will be posted on the Dacian and Sythian border, as a back up for the one that is all ready there, just in case. The arrows marked '2', signify the movement of Thaulos of Ilium's army. They shall strike out against the remaining Julii city in Italia, then march North to do battle with Gaul and Spain. Arrow 3 maps the route of Talaos of Pella. He shall go North, and attack Britannia and Germania, before either helping Thaulos with Gaul or into Dacia.
I realise it may not be the most exciteing set of screenies I've shown you, but I think it interesting, as it shows grand stratagy, not just tactics on the battlefield.
And I shall go Softly into the Night Taking my Dreams As will You
