I'm very careful with my generals lives - I haven't lost any of them in battle, and most are stationed in my cities. I've also expanded my territories and taken over armenias lands, as well as the 2 nearby rebel towns, and a seleucid town that the armenians had taken over. I've also taken over one of scythias cities as well, but despite increasing my number of territories dramatically I'm still not being blessed with any children!
The second question is how generals traits tend to be determined, in particular management related traits. While I understand the military ones (win battles = improved traits. Win heroic battles = much more likely to be improved traits etc.), I'm less sure about the management ones and how they're gained - This is because despite (as the Brutii) having any governers with 1 management or higher initially governing my cities, and having all my cities with academies (+ then upgraded when they get larger), they managed to actually get worse in terms of their management, or stay the same - although they were attracting a vast range of academics to help them manage the city, they also gained a wide range of negative traits, meaning my cities made more money without the governers in them!
One reason for this I've already learned about is that I had far too much money sitting around, and this encourages greed. However are there any other factors that cause negative management traits, and is there anything I can do (other than have academies etc.) to try and improve the generals management traits?
