I wonder if it's possible to edit the .txt file to be able to control the Wardogs?
I love them, but they just keep going random all over the place and most of the time they end up running after Horses or other units forever until they leave the battlefield...
So it's possible to control them like normal troops or simply remove the humans with them and only keep the dogs?
Thanks. =)

Hail, Lord Vegeta!
Welcome to our forums.
You may control the mutts by ordering their handlers about. Where the master goes, so go the pups. This works up until the moment thou does command the handlers to sic the hounds upon the enemy of thy choice.
Once the dogs are released, consider them medieval fire-and-forget missiles. They will chase their target until they catch it and eat it. If there are still soldiers of that unit fleeing the field and crossing the Red Line, the pooches will follow them over the line.
Should they consume their targeted unit totally, then they will turn on the nearest enemy unit (their choice) and begin munching again.

Thanks. =)
So it's impossible to control them at will?
I guess there is no .txt or any mod for that. =s
It would be amazing to control a full team of Wardogs at will.

Controlling the war dogs would be good, but they are a awesome fire and forget weapon, and that aspect cannot be underrated. Wardogs are very useful and when unleashed at the correct moment can chain rout a whole army.

I only use 1-3 units of Wardogs in my main army and I only really use them in great number during city sieges.
I use like 10-16 units of them and when the gate are open I let them attack and most of the time they DESTROY everything and I don't even have to enter the city and I won. XD
Since the enemy won't run outside on the battlefield during City invasion they're very usefull.
That's why I wanted to control them at will I would make a whole army of 20 units of Wardog and simply destroy everything! ^^
