The pictures themselves are much better than the last time, very good (and funny). I would dearly love to follow the guidelines, but there is only so much that can be said for files of this kind.
I took one point off for bad presentation. When I last said save them as JPG, I mean really save them as jpeg, not just rename the extension - right now they are merely BMPs with a different name, with the same size, etc. - only it takes more effort to open
