First replay is a ffa with three players (Lord-Dragatus, JudetheObscure and Friesian. Dragatus complains that his mouse has to be replaced. A good attack from Jude on Dragatus while I try to catch up before the fight is over.
Second replay is a 3v3 because at that time there were still only three members on the party. Luckily SpitfulPig shows up so he could join the two non-members who were waiting for there oncoming beating. Thrace had not joined up with its teammates. We spotted that right away and attacked Thrace from two sides. One down. two to go. This resulted in an uneven battle were SptufulPig is doing a good show but his teammates are letting him down. Nice kill rate at the end.
Third replay is a 2v2. SptfulPig and Lord Dragatus are a team and JudetheObscure and Friesian have teamed up. SpitfulPig and Dragatus must read the forum a bit more I think because a Phalanx box is not a challenge anymore and a box with one part Greece and one part Romans is against reasonable players doomed. Jude wins the kill rate this time.
Fourth replay is a ffa with four players. Tired of winning I go for Gaul. Give the guys a change :-)
I find myself up against the Seleucid Empire (Jude) and surprise, elephants. On the other side are SpitfulPig and Dragatus busy with some squirmisses until SpitfulPig decides to end make a go for it. The end is rather surprising and only a genius could win that fight like that.
Good show all and hopefully the next time we can do battle again with at least 6 HG'ers.
The first forum party was my third battle after 4-5 months of not playing Rome. I got a little rusty during that time, which also shows in the following few battles.
And concerning the mouse - it's always nice to have an excuse. ;)
And that last game really was the best. :D

1st Game (3FFA) - Interesting watch. It seems like free-for-alls narrow down to who attacks who first and the third player either coming in on both of them or taking down the survivor.
2nd Game (3v3) - I gotta say, if ever there was a replay to show initiative, this was it. :) Most games seem to be people forming their lines, planning, attacking, defending, etc. Here, right off the bat, you attack and keep on attacking. Your opponents barely have time to breath - and its all strategic too, not just one big brawl. You take out one flank and work your way down.
3rd Game (2v2) - Another good watch. The phalanx box has always been annoying, but you conquered it here. Though you make a good point - half-Roman/half-Greek phalanx boxes don't do much. Its just the players basically forming a square.
4th Game (FFA) - Well dang that was slow. lol The beginning and ending parts were definately the best. You did well against the Seulucids, who went after you obviously hoping for an easy victory, but you turned it around. The other two people seem to just stand there staring at each other, then start making tentative attacks draining themselves slowly. I gotta say you would have had a good chance winning of those arcani hadn't jumped out of no where. Almost makes me wonder if they're too powerful.
