The rules for this 2v2 where maximum of 6 of the same unit type and no more then 8 cavalry units including ele's.
SithLord and Friesian go for a flanking with there complete armies. GoS reacts by turning here units to face the moving opponents. Lord Dragatus is not moving his units which results in a very fast route of one of his two ele units (they were to close for comfort), a waste of those precious beautiful beasts which need almost more protection then even the WWF can provide.
SithLord and Friesian plan to attack LordDragatus but somehow LordDragatus decides he must attack them first with all his cavalry units in combination with the remaining ele's. GoS sees this a bit to late and gets slaughtered. Because she brought here infantry, in her rush to help LordDragatus his cavalry, these units come a bit later then here cavalry and get slaughtered as well.
The ele's make a final appearance but cant make any difference to the final outcome.
In this game SithLord anticipates very good to the moves of his teammate. The chariots do an excellent job by attacking the opponents in their rear while they are already engaged. I think good teamplay and quick anticipation made the difference in this game.
In the ele's discussion on the forum these days it almost seems as if ele's are very good units. Please watch them closely during this game and don’t say that LordDragatus used them incorrectly. He did what some experts recommended. He attacks with his 6 cavalry units in combination with his ele's. The troops he attacked were not yet pinned so they could do a successful counter attack.
