Factions: The collapse of the eastern empire in 363 is a good idea and could be challenging and different to play. It is possible to complete the campaign, if you managed to re-conquer the empire within 10 turns.
Because there are no units in any of the eastern empire's former cities re-conquering can make the campaign a little too easy.
The Sassinids don't get a secure empire either with most of there cities being strongly christian it's easy for there empire to rebel.
Campaign:
The main campaign is generally the same with the AI working as normal. Even with the eastern empire under there belt, the Sassinids don't do very much.
Improvements:
I don't wish to offend the author, but there are improvements that could be made on every level. below are just improvement suggestions
placing units in every city.
taking out the eastern empire family members so re-conquering is not as easy.
have a starting army.
change city stats - less likely to rebel
change the over goal - can be too long
Additional Comments:
A great idea only to be let down by a quickly put together campaign.
hope this helps in your future modding ;)

Mainly what has been said before, much more effort could have been put into this, such as moving ERE agents from their original starting places in former ERE territory (they are now in the Sassanid heartland, having a diplomat there doesnt really make much sense) Also, no cities former ERE cities have garrissons, however i noticed that after a few turns they rebelled (the Sassanids lost all the ERE territory this way in 3 turns). Many of these problems could easily have been avoided.
Additional Comments: I understand this is a test, you should consider making an actual complete campaign based on this idea.
