I just got the game today and it is amazing. Im just telling people who r waiting some juicy details. I have played a little bit of the americas and crusades campaign. The spansih have it so easy in the americas it isnt even funny. In the early turns they can recruit about a full stack of mercs each turn, which r the equivalent of the other factions units. Also, they start out with 30,000 florins so they can recruit units like crazy. Also, they're main units kill the natives so easily and they last a while since they have a lot of hitpoints. Also cavalry are still powerful, as one unit of conquistadors can kill about 1 1/2 full units of native warriors. The spanish also have two units of amazing ships, 36 attack and 35 defense, but i dont understand they're use since the natives dont even hve ships . The crusades are fun as well. The principality of antioch and the kingdom of jersaleum have the power of the knights hospitaller and knights templar respectively. Both start out with highly developed inner provinces, but poor outer provinces. The elite knight units of those two factions have i think 11 attack and 16 defense. Basically all cav are either a little above or a little higher then feudal knights of mtw2. Antiochs canons of the holy spechular are what i think the new revamped two-hand sword units. Their stats are 14 attack and 18 defense which is very high for this game as all units have been down graded, especially dismounted conquiatdors which only have 11 attack and 16 defense 2 hitpoints. Anyway that is a short explanation of the two campaigns ive started. Ill be trying the others and if anyone has any questions they are dying to ask about the game ill try my best to answer.
Hard work never killed anybody, but why take a chance?
All generalizations are false, including this one.
There is a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot.
Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.
