Unpacking makes kingdoms unusable?

Sir Luock Legionary	posted 15 September 2013 10:45 EDT (US) When I have unpacked Medieval 2, it does not let me play the Kingdoms expansion. I want to unpack to change units and add new ones etc but I cant without killing my kingdoms. WOLOLO YOUR MUM DEFEATED WOLOLO YOU DEFEATED CHUCK NORRIS IS VICTORIOUS! OH NOES!

Did you delete the files you need to delete after unpacking?

Quoted from Unpacker Readme: NOTE: Due to a timestamp check, the following unpacked files will cause the game to crash and must be deleted before the game is launched:

data\descr_geography_new.txt
data\descr_geography_new.db

They are not kidding. Delete them. If you don't, you will get an unspecified error every time you go into a battle and CTD.

Sorry, it started to work now I think it just randomly crashed when I started it up...
