I got it for Christmas and it seemed OK, but had all sorts of power problems (wouldn't run my scanner because it didn't have the power - this was with the power lead connected). It also wouldn't run a USB pen due to power shortage, only a mouse and a printer - or so I thought.
This afternoon, I tried to print something through it for the first time and I got a message saying "USB device has malfunctioned and Windows no longer recognises it". Since then, nothing I have tried has been able to get any of the lights to turn on or Windows to acknowledge that there is USB device of any kind plugged into the socket.
Am I missing something, or am I not to put too fine a point on it, screwed?
