Yes it's one of 'those' threads. However, so long after it's release i am curious as to what are some of the favored factions.

Personally, i find great fun with both the Saxons and the French, although the faction bonus of the Suebi is incredibly useful. I havent yet really delved into the eastern campaigns, so am curious as to recommendations to play in this area.
