Do you want to re-enact Punic War Battles?
I am doing a talk on the Punic Wars and am planning to use some RTW footage in it. If anyone would like to play either side on Multiplayer for such footage, please post.

Are you still avaliable? I will gladly help you.

Yes please. We'll need two others to play the part of allies.

Enough people. Thanks to Punic and Liamidas. Please say which side you wish to be: Allies, Romans or Carthaginians?

I am really not bothered. Are you just going to say "Okay, can you now move your elephants over there" and stuff, a=or are we just going to play a few games and you save the replay then just put it together yourself?

Probably the former. I am not good with technology... I'll put a schematic together

Re-enacting Battle of Cannae. Going to set a date...

This sounds really interesting, can you post the video after you do the battle?

I really have nothing to say at this point.
Other than this.

Emails please Liam and Punic. Is it OK if we run on GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)?

I am free whenever, as the holidays are coming to a close and everyone is redoing exams, preparing for next year, etc. I am not, because I am overconfident in my ability to learn like that.

Send me an email about an hour before you wish to play, and I should be there.

GMT is good. Although you may have to sort it out so Punic doesn't have to play at 3 in the morning

I'll be there. Do either of you want some ladder games before or after it?

No it isn't...

It is now 14:30 GMT

GMT is 5 hours after the forum time. I posted this at 09:28 AM. So +5 to that is 2:30. And 2:30 is also known as 14:30

I'm confused. I thought England was GMT?

Sorry. UK is currently running on BST, one hour ahead. Heard from Punic?
posted 06 September 2011 09:45 EDT (US)     24 / 36
No, you're the one who sent the email We'll probably have to do it another time, but I am free for a couple of ladder battles right now if you want to play?

I've got a friend who plays RTW. I'll get him if I haven't heard from Punic by 3. OK? I'll apologise to Punic later.
