Ok, I installed everything according to how you said to and I get these two problems.

an error pops up saying "the file data/models_strat/residences/barb_large_city.CAS does not exist"

and the other says that the file AUP/data/export_descr_buildings.txt and something is wrong with the culture gauls...(bdg city vs cbt huge_city)

The game loads up normally, just can't do custom battles or load a new campaign. Thanks. btw, great units

Hmm. Strange. It is particularly weird because I haven't added Barbarian large cities yet.

I have, however, seen this error before. I usually got it when exiting the game though, and it did not cause the game to crash, it just made this happen, which I later fixed:


This does not sound like what you are getting. I am stumped. Is it installed to a clean copy of RTW? No little mods?

Yeah it was on a clean copy, no other mods at all. I just uninstalled it and reinstalling it now and patching up. If it happens again, I'll let you know.

Ok, I reinstalled it, installed the patches and then your pack and then the pack's patch. The battles work and all, but the same message pops up every time i try to start a macedonian campaign saying the filename data/models_strat/residences/barb_large_city.CAS does not exist.

I'm trying to download this and everything is fine until I make the short cut. When I check the properties the target is fine but it says the start in files is not valid.

I have a mac, and every time i try to run a battle with poeni legions it crashes! help?
