i can't find a place to get WinRAR so i can download any new mods....can i have some help

P.S. I like the Spartacus Total War and the way it looks.....and i have heard rumors of a Black Praetorian unit mod....is that true.

Strength and Honor...Death and Glory...Freedom and Liberty...So i shall go into the mist of battle until i gain Victory, or gain death....ROMA VICTOR

Google it. It's defintely there.

Black Praetorians? I think I saw that in SPQR Total War.

i found both of them....the WinRAR and the SPQR mod....but the mod isn't working for some reason...i have the two patches installed
