Ohmu - No, I don't know what they do. I know they make a unit better, but how? was my question. That is my only question, too. And once somebody answers that question, I won't have that problem, and hence your statement would be voided.

EDIT: Chevrons is a small part of strategy anyway. You must look at the bigger picture, and then you realize that maybe I am qualified afterall.

If it helps, I do have experience in those types of positions, especially in forums and online activities, but also in real life.

If I find someone I find someone and if I don't (as much as I'd like to/need to) I don't.

I'm sure you'd like to be staff N_R, as would a large number of members. When I look for someone, especially in a strategy position, online experience (how good they are), submitted articles and a mature attitude on the forums are all points of interest and to this point I have yet to find somebody who I feel would be a good strategy admin, however since everybody's continually evolving hopefully soon someone will arise who I feel would do a good job.

Actually, I technically was hired to be the strategy cherub. Right now, I'm working on map specific strategy articles. However, Ace and Ueriah were both hired for strategic skill. Since Ueriah left, and Ace took over as the Modification specialist, Doikie and I are the only other two. Doikie is in charge of BI stuff, and I'm mainly now for moderating and my map guides, plus my moderating at AoE3H.

So for now, we are short an article cherub.

John is the history section Admin
Mace in the ladder admin and a moderator, temporary strat admin
GoS is the game information admin (currently updating the units section)

In all honesty, you're really not in any position to tell us that.

Besides, that's what I'm here for. To throw all the work on so all the higher-up staff don't have to do anything.

Adder once tried to use me as a table, then complained that I was unstable - probably because I had to rub his feet at the same time.

We're short a strategy guy, which John is not. That is the problem. Nobody on the staff is able to be the strategy guy at this point in time.

He's one of the best MP people we know here, and has tons of great ideas and such.

Ohmu would make a great candidate, I agree, but he is very harsh to newbies, and also very arrogant (no offense to him).

Well, we're only trying to help

I have, recently, been thinking of putting together a kind of contest. The prize is just braggin rights, but we'll see who can create the best (looking) army. We could have a division for each unit size, and possibly each faction.

edit: and/or we could do something with the map editor, maybe who can create the best map or (IIRC, you can create cities) city.

2nd edit: I think this was already answered, but I can't find it, so forgive me. When are ya'll going to start accepting BI history articles? I'm thinking of doing a couple faction-based ones, and I plan to do a starting moves guide for Armenia.
