These screenshots show the unit a little brighter than they really are. Cheers to Ferret for suggesting I use the burn tool so they wouldn't hurt our eyes.

They were based on this picture at the request of Brutus:

"During the golden age of Assyria, it's empire controlled much of central middle east and even some of northern Egypt, an impressive organization that relied heavily upon its swift spearmen. The Assyrian foot soldiers were of the lower class and supplied with light armour so they could move swiftly beneath the desert sun. They have large round shields, a small bronze breastplate and a bronze helmet. They are trained to stay in a solid compact formation and push their way up through the enemy when fighting infantry. The Assyrian Foot Soldiers are cheap and plentiful, fairly well trained and at best when defending against cavalry. The Seleucid talent for adopting new ideas came into play here as they took up the design of these spearmen and now use them widely across their empire to fill up the gaps in their battle lines and/or support the heavier phalanxes."

I think this is the unit I like best of this whole forum, these guys are just amazing!
There's just one thing, and it's something I asked before. Why do you make the background of the unit card white instead of the colour it's supposed to be? If you would do that it would also solve the problem that the top of the unit card is white and the rest is the original colour when in battle. Think about this. Anyways great unit, beautifully done!
